SecurePointAfrica provides sanctions screening and compliance services for organizations operating in Africa. Our services include:

• Sanctions list screening against global and African databases
• Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screening
• API access for automated screening
• Compliance reporting and analytics

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Accurate data input for screening purposes
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Proper use of API keys and credentials
• Respect for rate limits and usage quotas

4. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

SecurePointAfrica provides screening results for informational purposes. Users are responsible for making their own compliance decisions based on screening results.

7. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Users are responsible for payment through their chosen billing provider (Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave, or M-Pesa).

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. Upon termination, access to services will cease and data retention policies will apply.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
